What we collect
When you complete the “Request a demo” form, we collect the information you provide: your name, your school’s name, your role, your email address, and any message you choose to include. We do not collect any other personal information through this website, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We use this information for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demonstration of Northcourse. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you have initiated. We do not use your details for any other purpose, and we will not add you to marketing lists without your separate, explicit agreement.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website host, which acts as our Operator and processes the data on our instruction under appropriate safeguards. We do not share your information with any other third party unless required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on a potential working relationship. If no relationship develops, we delete enquiry records within 24 months. You may ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
How we protect it
This website is served over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). Access to submitted enquiries is limited to authorised members of our team.
Your rights
Under POPIA you have the right to: ask what personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct or delete it; object to our processing of it; and complain to the Information Regulator. To exercise any of these, email hello@dreamlandstudio.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period.
